Massage Therapy

Massage therapists use a variety of techniques to address soft tissue problems .Gentle kneading and stretching lengthens contracted and irritated muscles and fascia. Painful sprains and strains, as well as myofascial adhesions, can be addressed directly with massage techniques that improve circulation and stimulate healthy separation and realignment of injured fibers. In general, massage increases circulation. This reduces painful swelling and inflammation, and promotes healing by removing waste products and bringing nutrients to your tissues. 



The most common types of massage are:

Swedish - Basic massage. Light work mainly for relaxation.

Deep Tissue - Manipulation of soft tissue to help relieve discomfort

Myofascial Release- Deep work. Releases fascia restrictions in the body.

Prenatal- Can be done side lying or with a Massage pillow that allows you to lie on stomach. Must be past first trimester.

You may come in just for massage on an appointment basis. We offer the most affordable massage in the area.
