New Patient Visit ($60) Includes:

Evaluation with Physician and/or Physician's Assistant

 Body Composition Analysis         

Personalized Diet and Exercise Prescription

Educational Materials (information on nutrition, exercise, sample menus, etc.)

Prescription Medication* - 30 day supply of medication dispensed or Rx provided

One Free Vitamin B12 or Lipotropic "fat burner" injection

Follow-Up Visits ($60) Include:

Interval assessment with Physician and/or Physician's Assistant

Prescription Medication Refill - 30 day supply of medication dispensed or Rx provided

One Free Vitamin B12 or Lipotropic "fat burner" injection

We recommend follow up visits every four weeks with the option of weekly visits for supplement injections.
